Registration Fees:
Conference Registration:
Prior to March 15, 2008:
$260 (early bird
discount)
March 16 and later:
$295
Includes two
lunches, nutritional breaks, opening
reception, awards banquet and all training
sessions.
Spousal Fee:
$65
Includes Opening Reception and Awards
Banquet only.
Note: Spouses will be able to attend all
sessions, lunches and dinners, awards
banquet and opening during the conference
but must register and pay the conference
registration fee, otherwise pay the spousal
fee.
Refunds:
Full refunds will be granted for
cancellations received in writing prior to
March 1, 2008. After March 1, 2008 and
before April 5, 2008 a 50% refund will be
granted. No refunds will be granted after
April 5, 2008. Substitutions will be
accepted.
