Invitation to Attend

Revelstoke Crime Stoppers Society is pleased to announce the 15th annual B.C. Crime Stoppers Training Conference, to be held May 1-3rd 2008, in Revelstoke B.C. We invite you and your members to attend our informative and exciting sessions with dynamic speakers, beautiful surroundings, and top-notch recreational facilities.

The conference will be held in the Community Recreational Centre, conveniently located in the heart of historic downtown Revelstoke.

We will have such vibrant speakers as Serge LeClerc and Steve Walrath who will share their varied and valuable experiences, as well as sessions on National Priorities and Border Integrity.

All shopping and hotels are within walking distance from each other and the conference. The recreation centre also boasts a new aquatic centre with a water slide and wave pools, and fitness and weight rooms for you and your family. Many hotels offer free passes for this attraction.

All hotels are listed and have their web sites for you to look at. The room rates are very reasonable, but do try to book early as they will go fast.

Be sure to check out the January's Crime Stoppers newsletter as it will have information regarding the conference as well as ideas on the many places of interest Revelstoke has to offer.

All the training presentations are on emerging issues relevant to Crime Stoppers programs, as we move forward to meet new challenges and opportunities in these changing times.

We hope that you will consider attending, and we look forward to seeing you in Revelstoke in May 2008.

Yours,
Marsha Kruger
